Looking for a New Home

UPDATE: The developers over at Tyche Softwares have taken over my plugins.

tldr; I’m looking for a new home for my plugins. Interested? Read on or get in touch.

I released my first plugin over 5 years ago. Since then I’ve added 4 more plugins to the official WordPress repository and created a number of others that didn’t get far off the ground for a number of reasons. WordPress has largely been a hobby I was able to rope into my full-time job for quite some time but over the last couple years I have taken new responsibilities at work that have reduced my exposure to WordPress, and I have lacked the desire to spend the time necessary to maintain/grow these plugins. I’m looking to see if anyone would be interested in adopting these plugins.

My FAQ and Shortcodes plugins are by far my most popular with more than 10,000 active installs each and both with the potential to do so much more than I’ve done with them to date. My other plugins could turn into something impressive with the right home.

I’d strongly suggest looking at each plugin’s codebase — including my dev branches to see what in-progress work I had done to date — and the best place to do so is my repository page on GitHub. Please note that once the plugin is yours, I’m not going to be available to help support or give advice as I’m truly looking to get these plugins off my plate. I also assume that whomever adopts these plugins is familiar with how to work with the repository and the usual WordPress API’s, though if you’re a new developer and looking to cut your teeth, there are certainly plenty of resources available for that as well.

If you are interested, please get in touch with me through my contact page and explain why you want to adopt the plugin.
